Emotional Freedom Technique



Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful technique that you can use anytime you're feeling a little anxious or unsettled or if you have a specific goal that you would like to achieve and you may have some negative thoughts, feelings or emotions that are coming up for you.


When we go through and tap on the meridian end points while using the statement "Even though I (add negative statement in here) I deeply and completely love, accept, appreciate and respect myself", it's diffusing those negative emotions, thoughts and feelings which then replaces them with positive thoughts and feelings helping you to feel calm and relaxed while taking away any stress around those thoughts.
