Hi, I’m Yasmin. 

I’m a passionate Kinesiologist, Coach and EFT Practitioner with several years experience. 

I work with women who want to grow their business alongside living a life they truly love and adore. 

Several years back I was stuck. On the surface, my life and career appeared to be what most people aspire to. 

I had a well-paid Corporate job, a happy family living in a comfortable home. While this was great; deep down I felt lost, confused and unsure what was next for me. 

I was unfulfilled. I suffered severe anxiety, felt empty and overwhelmingly lost inside.

On my journey to discover how to become fulfilled, I tried Kinesiology. To my amazement, I found that from my very first session it had an instant life changing impact for me. The all-too familiar cloud of doubt, confusion and uncertainty I had lived with lifted. I was amazed how the Kinesiologist picked up details about me in each session. 

I realised at this point that this was the road to finding my purpose. The results from each session opened my mind. I continued to crystalise and align my own goals. My deep blocks were being cleared which allowed me to become guided forwards. 

I then enrolled in Kinesiology and completed a Cert IV in Kinesiology, Diploma in Kinesiology and Kinesiology Advanced Diploma. 

I also have a Degree in Business Management (HR Major), EFT & also a Coaching Practitioner.

I launched my business in 2014, and have since helped hundreds of women work through their struggles with limiting beliefs, lack of worth and confidence. I absolutely love seeing client results with them thriving and being empowered.

The sessions allow clients to lead with love, create with clarity and grow with confidence. Connecting with their inner wisdom is truly profound and lifechanging for all. 

To give you a little insight about me; my husband and I have 2 beautiful girls, Matilda & Cleo. My aim is to be the best role model for my girls. I love creating special memories with them.

Travel has always been a passion of mine and I love being close to the ocean. I’m always up for a coffee date, and spending time with my friends and family fills me with joy.

I’m truly passionate about what I do. When we do the inner work, our outer work all falls into place. You are worthy of having it all.
