What is Kinesiology ?
Kinesiology is a beautiful healing modality that allows us to obtain information from the subconscious, which in turn allows us to gain information from our body.
This information gives us insights into how the body is functioning and where there may be imbalances or blockages (emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually and nutritionally).
Imbalances are then corrected and cleared by using a wide range of gentle techniques to bring our body back into harmony and balance. This allows us to thrive in all areas of life.
What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT):
EFT works by tapping on acupressure meridians to release blockages. When these blockages are released, the problem feeling can be released and move through the body. The process starts with a beginning statement of what the problem feeling is, including a complete acceptance and acknowledgement of the problem.
